Launching the Peace and Goodwill Message at the Nobel Peace Center

On the 18th of May 2022, on the Urdd's Peace and Goodwill Message day, the message was launched from the Nobel Center in Oslo, Norway in the company of the First Minister, Mark Drakeford.

To present the message was Urdd Chief Executive, Siân Lewis, and the group of young people from Aberystwyth University that created this years message.

Taste of Norwegian Culture and History

Norway's international day is the 17th of May, therefore on this day the 16 students from Aberystwyth University spent the day following the parades and experiencing Norwegian culture and history.

To understand more about the history of the Nobel Peace Prize and its former winners, the students were taken around the center by a professional tour guide on the morning of the 18th of May.
