In recognition of their outstanding performances at the Urdd Eisteddfod, Rose, Morus, Branwen, and Owain had the opportunity to represent the Urdd and Wales at this year's North American Festival of Wales (NAFOW).
At the NAFOW, the performers had the honor of singing in the Opening Concert at the City County Building Park in Pittsburgh, as well as performing at the Welsh-American Heritage Museum. They also had opportunities to connect with Welsh Americans. The visit included social events, such as visiting the Rio Grande University choir and a local school, enjoying a pool and pizza party with Daniel Rowbotham, and a free day to explore Pittsburgh.
These experiences not only gave the performers a chance to develop their talents but also to foster important cultural connections and learn more about Welsh heritage in America, strengthening ties between the two countries.
