Meeting Rooms
In addition to providing accommodation the Sleepover has conference and meeting facilities available to hire. Wifi connection and air conditioning is available in each room. Laptops and IT support can be arranged and hired for any event. With public transport to the city centre and convenient links to the M4 the Urdd City Sleepover in Cardiff is an ideal and unique location to hold a range of events.
Our meeting rooms are an ideal space for groups of up to 18 who are looking for a professional location to hold their meeting or interview. Telephone and video conference is available in our meeting room.
In addition to our meeting room we have 2 additional classrooms that can be hired and used for meetings, workshops, academic groups, and our active white boards make us an ideal location for presentations and/or study sessions.
Food
If attending the Sleepover for a meeting, hospitality can be provided for all events. Our menu offers refreshments from tea and biscuits to a three course meal.
The Hall
The hall is a purpose-built room suitable for all types of events such as theatre and dance performances, business conferences, training seminars or orchestral and choral rehearsals. Theatre style, the room can seat up to 153 people. Lighting, sound system and digital projector are available.
Accommodation
Our multi-bedded en-suite rooms are ideal for residential conferences and corporate training courses and accommodation packages can be tailored to suit your needs. We can accommodate up to 153 on a residential programme and our meeting facilities, including conference hall and training rooms, compliment this facility perfectly.
