This year the following competitions will take place in each region:

• 7 a side Football Open - Squad of 12
• 7 a side Football Girls - Squad of 12
• 5 a side Football Mixed Yr.3-4 - Squad of 10 (1 girl 1 boy on the pitch)
• Rugby 7s Open (Contact) - Squad of 12 
• Rugby 7s Girls (Tag) - Squad of 12
• Rugby 7s Mixed (Tag) Yr.3-4 - Squad of 12 (2 girls 2 boys on the pitch)
• Girls Netball - Squad of 12
• Mixed Netball - Squad of 12 (2 girls 2 boys on the court)
• Years 3 and 4 Mixed Cricket - Squad of 12 (2 girls 2 boys on the pitch)
• Athletics - Teams of 16 (please read the information sheet for more information)

Everyone taking part will need to be members of the Urdd.
