This year the following competitions will take place in each region:

• 7 a side Football Open - Squad of 12
• 7 a side Football Girls - Squad of 12
• 5 a side Football Years Open 3 and 4 - Squad of 7
• Rugby 7s Open (Contact) - Squad of 12
• Rugby 7s Girls (Tag) - Squad of 12
• Rugby 7s Mixed (Tag) Years 3 and 4 - Squad of 12
• Girls Netball - Squad of 12
• Mixed Netball - Squad of 12
• Years 3 and 4 Cricket - Squad of 12

Everyone taking part will need to be members of the Urdd.
