Urdd - Welsh Athletics Cross Country Series
We have partnered with Welsh Athletics to host a series of Primary School cross country races across Wales. The races will take place before the senior national and international races organised by Welsh Athletics

Registration
Registration is now open for the Pembrey event. All registrations must come through the website, there will be no registrations taken on the day of the event.
Races
There will be a race for Girls and Boys in Yrs. 3-4 and a race for Girls and Boys in Yrs. 5-6. Individual prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place as well as prizes for the best-performing schools. Schools will be awarded following the event.

Pembrey Cross Country Event -
The Pembrey Cross Country will be hosted by Welsh Athletics at Pembrey Country Park in 2025. As part of the event the Urdd will co-host Primary school races for girls and boys in years 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Location: Pembrey Country Park, SA16 0EJ
Distance: 1,400m
Price: £6 or £4 for any Urdd member
Registration will close on Thursday 16th January at 12:30pm. Please note that we will not be able to take entries on the day.
