Example of a Timetable
Thursday
Travel - Depart in the morning from a collection point across Wales - You will need food for the journey.
A ferry sails for France in the afternoon, a bus travels through the night down to Catalunya
Friday
Arrive at the Hotel by mid afternoon and allocate Rooms.
Remember to put swimming costume and towel in your suitcase last, in order to be able to reach them easily!
Afternoon free.
Dinner at the Hotel
Saturday
Port Aventura
Breakfast, and leave for the park straight away.
Spend a whole day enjoying one of Europe's largest leisure parks!
Sunday
A day to relax
Swimming pool, the beach!
An opportunity to shop and wander the traditional streets of Catalunya
Boat Trip
Monday
Barcelona
Visit the Camp Nou, Bus tour around the city. Visit La Ramblas, and of course, Shopping! Back to the hotel late.
Tuesday
Water World
Breakfast then leave for the water park. Countless water rides here! Some introductions, some slow, something for everyone. Packed lunches are provided.
Dinner at the Hotel.
Wednesday
Last day
Breakfast, packing the bus.
An opportunity to relax by the pool during the day before walking to local eateries for a meal (This meal is not included in the tour price) before heading home.
Leave around 16:30, start traveling home at 21:00
Thursday
Arriving back in Wales late.

- Passport and UKGHIC card
- Currency (euro and sterling)
- Pillow and blanket for sleeping on the bus
- DVDs, books and suitable entertainment

FAQ
What documents are required?
You will need to bring a current passport and UKGHIC card; Urdd staff will take care of these during the trip. You can apply for a UKGHIC card here: www.ehic.org.uk
It will be necessary to ensure that access requirements are in accordance with the rules of the office abroad.
Do i need insurance?
Insurance is included in the tour price, but does not cover any pre-existing conditions.
How much spending money is needed?
We recommend bringing €100 and £60 for food. Money to spend on other things (gifts, photos) is up to you. Staff members will not take any responsibility for your child's money.
How are the rooms sorted?
When booking there is a form to be filled in to indicate who the friends are who are attending the trip, we will make every effort to ensure that everyone is happy with their rooms and who they are sharing with.
The Rooms are a mixture of rooms for 3 or 4 depending on the Hotel
