  • £999 for Urdd members – if you’re not a member yet, you can join online here.
  • A deposit of £99 is required when booking, with a payment plan available over 10 months, or you can pay in full.

  • Visit to the village of Riva del Garda and a boat trip on Lake Garda
  • Visit to Venice with a boat trip from Tronchetto to San Marco – visit St Mark’s Square, gondola hire, and shopping!

Example of itinerary

  • 7:00am Depart from pick-up points. You’ll need food for the journey
  • 3:00pm Ferry sails to France.
  • 9:00pm Overnight coach travel to Lake Garda.
  • 2:00pm Arrive at Hotel Lago di Garda, Bussolengo Verona.
  • 3:00pm Free afternoon by the pool and on the sun loungers.
  • 7:00pm Dinner at the hotel.
  • 7:00am Breakfast
  • 8:00am Straight to Gardaland theme park.
  • 9:00am Spend the day at one of Europe’s largest leisure parks!
  • 7:00pm Dinner back at the hotel.
  • 7:00am Breakfast
  • 8:00am Spend the day at Canevaworld, Aquapark and Movieland
  • 12:00pm Food packages provided.
  • 7:00pm Dinner back at the hotel.

  • 9:00am Boat trip into San Marco.

What to pack?

  • Passport and UK GHIC card
  • Money (euros and sterling)
  • Pillow and blanket for sleeping on the coach

Frequently asked questions

Those joining us will need to bring along a current passport and a UKGHIC card; Urdd staff will look after these during the trip. You can apply for a UKGHIC card here: www.ehic.org.uk

Passport must meet border requirments at date of travell:  https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/france/entry-requirements

We recommend bringing along €130 and £30 for mealtimes. Spending money in regards to additional things such as souvenirs is up to you! Staff members will not be responsible for looking after your child’s money.

Insurance is included in the cost of the trip, but does not cover any pre-existing medical conditions.

When booking there is a form to be filled in to indicate who the friends are who are attending the trip, we will make every effort to ensure that everyone is happy with their rooms and who they are sharing with.

The Rooms are a mixture of rooms for 3,4 or 5 depending on the Hotel.
