What’s the price?

  • £999 for Urdd members – if you’re not a member yet, you can sign up online.
  • A £150 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the option to spread the remaining cost over 10 monthly instalments, or to pay in full.

  • 9:00am Leave Wales. Will need food for travel.
  • 3:00pm Ferry leaves Dover for Calais
  • 6:00pm Bus travels through the night to Catalunya
  • 2:00pm Arrive at the hotel
  • 3:00pm Free afternoon to relax by the pool
  • 7:00pm Supper at the hotel
  • 7:00am Breakfast
  • 8:00am Leave for Port Aventura
  • 9:00am Enjoy one of Europe’s biggest theme parks!
  • 7:00am Breakfast
  • 8:00am Relax by the pool and at the beach
  • 12:00pm A chance to enjoy some of Catalunya’s traditional shops
  • 3:00pm Boat trip
  • 7:00am Breakfast
  • 9:00am A day in Barcelona
  • 11:00am Camp Nou, bus tour, La Ramblas and shopping
  • 9:00pm Return to hotel
  • 7:00am Breakfast

FAQ’s

You will need to bring a valid passport and a UK GHIC card. These will be looked after by Urdd staff throughout the trip. You can apply for a UK GHIC card here: www.ehic.org.uk

Please ensure that your passport and travel documentation meet the current entry requirements set by the UK Government for travel to France:  France entry requirements.

We recommend bringing €130 and £30 for food. Any additional spending money for souvenirs, photographs or other personal purchases is up to you. Please note that staff will not accept responsibility for any money brought on the trip by participants.

Travel insurance is included in the cost of the trip.

When booking, you will be asked to complete a form indicating which friends are also attending the trip. We will make every effort to ensure that everyone is happy with their room allocation and the friends they share with.

Rooms will be a mixture of 3, 4 and 5-bed rooms, depending on the hotel.
