MY VOICE is a direct way of reporting safeguarding concerns – which may be about something that has happened or may happen or something that could harm someone.

MY VOICE is a simple online form that can be submitted by parents, carers, or Urdd members participants. Concerns can be submitted using your name or anonymously.

• Participants, carers, and or parents can simply open the online form and start submitting their concern by answering a few simple questions.
• Once a concern has been submitted, it will go straight to our dedicated safeguarding team who will action the concern.

Please note, if you submit your concern anonymously, our safeguarding team will be unable to respond fully to your concern.

• If possible, we would always prefer you to speak directly to a member of staff if you would like to share a concern (contact details below).
• If using MYVOICE we would like you to include your name when reporting a concern (although you do not have to do so).
• If you don’t wish to share your details, we cannot feedback to you what action has been taken to address your concern in instance when it may have been appropriate for us to do so.
• This is NOT a place for reporting concerns about a member of staff. These must be reported directly to the Urdd’s Chief Executive: diogelu@urdd.org
• This is NOT a forum through which to complain, please use existing processes to share these with us.

Any abuse of this system will not be tolerated. If concerns are reported that are deliberately false or malicious, we will refer to Police as this behaviour may be considered a crime.
